"... As the disease has progressed, Senior Solutions has called and apprised me of changes in Dad’s mental and physical conditions and they have offered options for his care. When nursing assistants became necessary, they were able to provide the proper personnel with increased hours of coverage at very short notice.

Senior Solutions has gone the extra mile on more than one occasion. One evening the night staffer arrived to find that Dad had fallen and possibly injured himself. She called the Rescue Squad who determined that he had a heart arrhythmia. The nursing assistant then called to let me know the situation. She followed the ambulance to the hospital and stayed with Dad until the doctors decided he needed to be admitted. I then received another call from Senior Solutions to pass on this information and allay my worries.

My independent provider was injured in an automobile accident one morning. I called Senior Solutions for additional help. They arranged for total care for a two week period within hours of my call.

Their expertise and continuity of care has been remarkable. Senior Solutions has tried to send the same personnel on a regular basis so that Dad is familiar and comfortable with his health care providers. Everyone involved has been kind, caring, trustworthy, dependable and conscientious.

Dad continues to be in good spirits and is still able to live in his home of 52 years. This would not be possible without Senior Solutions. They have been our solution during a very difficult time. Maybe they should be yours as well."
