Our President and Founder,
Janet Faraone is an active volunteer, advocate and supporter of the Richmond senior care community. Janet is a founding member of Generational Partners, is a committee chair for Partners in Healthcare, and is active with Senior Connections, the Capital Area Agency on Aging. She is a member of The Rotary Club of Innsbrook and the Network of Enterprising Women, and is past-president of the Richmond Senior Network Inc. Janet is committed to delivering quality and consistent care to our senior friends through continued education and recognition of our caregivers. Janet often serves as a presenter in the community speaking about the benefits of non-medical home care. Senior Solutions of Richmond proudly supports many local non-profit organizations including the Alzheimer's Association, the American Heart Association, the Arthritis Foundation and Senior Connections.
After co-founding Senior Solutions of Richmond with his wife Janet, our Vice President,
Nick Faraone joined the care team in 2006. He served for 15 years as a senior executive for the American Heart Association before gaining invaluable experience in senior care while working at the venerable Washington Home & Community Hospices in Washington, D.C. As an active member of the Richmond senior care community he serves as a board officer for the Richmond Senior Network and on the board of directors for the Greater Richmond Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. Nick's daily responsibilities include overseeing business operations and interacting directly with clients and caregivers. Nick believes, "It's important for each of us to play an active role in client services, ensuring that high quality personal care remains the hallmark of Senior Solutions of Richmond."
Regina Keener-Lewis RN, Director of Personal Care Services has more than two decades of nursing experience, most of it in home health care. Regina is responsible for all personal care clients so she conducts the initial assessments, formulates individual plans of care and makes home visits every 30-90 days. Regina shares her wealth of knowledge with regard to providing appropriate care to seniors with our caregivers at our monthly trainings.
Hope Melton MSW serves as Care Coordinator & Community Liaison for Senior Solutions. Hope works with clients and families with complex needs or in transition, as well as assessing new clients and educating the community about the services of Senior Solutions of Richmond. Hope earned her Masters in Social Work from VCU.
With more than a decade of home care experience
Lydia Waldron is ideal for the role of Manager of Client Services. Lydia manages the schedules of our Personal Care clients and caregivers. She is adept at making solid matches and addressing client needs. Lydia has a heart for the elderly and disabled and is currently working toward her Masters in the Social Services field.
Cindy Hamlin is our Human Resource Coordinator. Cindy's expertise with recruiting, hiring and training along with her concern for older adults ensures we have top-notch caregivers ready and able to serve our client's needs.
Our Front Desk Administrator,
Josh Squires, serves as our director of first impressions. Josh manages the phones, provides support to all office staff and ensures the office runs smoothly.
