Our Technology

We support our great people with state of the art technology.  One example of this is our Telephony Time Management (TTM) system.  Upon arrival, and again at departure time, our caregivers simply use the client's telephone to clock in or out.  Our clients incur no fee.  The data is immediately saved to our home care software database, which is easily accessed any time of the day or night by our staffing team.  This oversight allows our managers to ensure that our caregivers are working as scheduled and that our clients are receiving the timliness that they deserve.  With the use of TTM, our billing information is always current and accurate.  Our investment in the appropriate technologies to support our caregivers and processes is another example of our unwavering commitment to our clients. 

Our Accessibility

Providing quality client care is a round-the-clock business.   Any time of day, any day of the week, you can reach a member of the Senior Solutions of Richmond^SM team.  The On-Call team can easily access all of our client or caregiver information and schedules. We are able to begin service, adjust staffing or schedules, access staff including our registered nurses, and access our technology - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
